Grant Kwiecinski, AKA GRiZ, is an electronic music producer and founder of All Good Records hailing
from Michigan. He has captivated his fans with his unique blend of funky, saxophone filled riffs and
heavy bass lines. He has toured all across the United States selling out dozens of shows and headlining
many music festivals like Electric Forest. Most recently GRiZ set off on national tour to promote his
latest album, Good Will Prevail, and had his largest show to date, playing before a sold out audience of
12,000 people at Navy Pier in Chicago.
A live GRiZ performance is something very unique and his show at Navy Pier was no exception. He
started his set on a heavy note with Can’t Hold Me Down, bringing Muzzy Bearr out to play guitar with
him for the whole show. He played most of his latest album while throwing in some of his older original
tracks including an unreleased VIP of his track Need This. GRiZ treated his fans throughout the show
with surprise guest performances from iDa Hawk for their song I Don’t Mind, ProbCause for My Friends
And I as well as Haywyre and Brasstracks.
The energetic performance was complimented by equally impressive visual production. Massive LED
panels lined the stage with an arsenal of lasers to further dazzle the already awestruck audience.
Through his masterful mixing, flawless incorporation of live instruments and loving vibe GRiZ gave his
fans something more than a performance, he gave them an experience.
